Q. Can I purchase items not featured on the site?

A. In the unlikely event that you cannot find the part you are looking for on the website, we may still be able to find it for you. Simply submit a Product Enquiry (click here) and we will try and find the product you require. In the first instance you will be provided with the option to view results found by our search system or to continue submitting your enquiry to us.

How can I pay for my goods?

A. At dixonsi-shop.co.uk we accept most major credit and debit cards. We utilise the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit and credit card number, name and address.

What information do you collect and why?

A. When you place an order with dixonsi-shop.co.uk, we need to know your name, e-mail address, home address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date, your home and work telephone numbers. This enables us to authorise your credit or debit card payments, process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.

Q. Do you disclose your information to outside parties?

A. dixonsi-shop.co.uk do not disclose any of your personal information to others. We are a subsidiary of DSG international plc and we may need to pass the information we collect to other companies within our group for administrative purposes. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our emails for us.

What do I do should I have a complaint?

A. Should you in any way feel dissatisfied with any part of our service then please contact us by telephone on 0844 800 3456 and select option two from the automatic menu. Should you still feel that your grievance has not been properly addressed then you may of course continue correspondence with the manager. In the event that no amicable agreement can be reached then an independent ombudsman may be sought to settle the matter.

Q. What should I do if I have a discount/promotional code?

A.  If you have a promotional voucher code you will be able to enter the code when you are in your shopping basket to benefit from the offer

Q. How do I know whether you have a product in stock?
A.  We display a delivery status against all of the products on the site to give you an indication of whether a product is in stock and how long it will take to deliver the product. The four different delivery status are as follows:
In stock Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

up to 10 days The product is normally held within our warehouse but is temporarily out of stock. Stock is due in from the supplier and the estimated time of arrival to the customer is within 10 days

up to 21 days The product will need to be ordered direct from our supplier. These products will normally be delivered within 21 days of placing the order.

up to 28 days The product needs to be specially ordered from our suppliers, which may also be overseas. We will endeavour to get these types of products to you within 28 days.

Standard delivery is charged at £4.99 and is per order regardless of how many products purchased
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Occasionally, the delivery status of an individual product may vary from to that shown on the site (for example, where other orders for the same product are received before your order can be processed). Should this occur we will send you an e-mail advising you of the changed status.
Q. What if I want to cancel an order?

A.  You may cancel your order at any time before delivery and for a period after delivery. Once you have submitted your order you will not be able to cancel the order online. You will need to email customer services at customerservices@partmaster.co.uk or call us on 0844 800 3456 and then select option two from the automated menu.

Q. Can I have a product delivered outside the UK?

A.  Currently we are only able to deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland , but excluding the Channel Islands ).

Will my personal information be safe?

A.  We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone outside our group of companies.

Q. Is it secure to give my credit card details over the internet?

A.  Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.

Q. How much is the delivery charge?

A.  Standard delivery is £4.99, Next Day delivery is £8.99

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A.  We take the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and Solo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, cash, postal orders. We also can not expect vouchers on this website however if you do have a form of voucher (for example a DSG international Group voucher) please call 0844 800 3456

What is your policy on returns?

A. Go to 'Returns procedure' within the Information menu for details of our returns policy.

Q. How do I get my receipt?

A. You will be sent a VAT receipt with your order. You should keep your receipt in a safe place, as you will need it in the unlikely event of a fault with your purchase or if you wish to cancel your purchase. If you require a copy VAT receipt please contact our Customer Services on 0844 800 3456
